Tammie Taylor
Ft. Lauderdale Ambassador
Tammie Taylor is a native of south Florida and loves the beauty of her state. She matriculated at the University of Florida for four years and later transferred to Florida International University where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She excelled as an occupational therapist with several supervisory roles throughout her 25 year career. She later became certified as a lymphedema therapist and assumed the lead role in a private practice outpatient clinic. Ultimately Tammie became a case manager for an orthopedic company where she later retired in 2017.Â
Tammie’s most accomplished role has been that of mother to her four adult children. She has enjoyed being team mom at their sporting events and Girl Scout troop leader during their formative years. Currently Tammie is enjoying retirement as she spends her time growing in her walk with the Lord, serving her family and friends in any area of need through informal counseling and encouragement. Her passion is people…and she loves sharing her life with others. She looks for opportunities to love God and to love His people. This love of people (and her love of food 😂) is what attracted her to Brown Skin Brunchin. She looks forward to the abundant opportunities to meet amazing women and share a little bit of herself with other like minded people. Â
