Sarah was born and bred in ‘da boogie down Bronx, New York, Sarah Ekperigin was honored to step up to the plate to become Connecticut’s first ambassador. Graduating from NYU’s Tisch film school and with a career in film production, advertising, and event planning, Sarah brings dedication, vision and creativity to BSB. Retired from the day-to-day grind, Sarah is an independent event planner specializing in weddings. She currently enjoys spending time with her husband of 20+ years, extensive traveling, and visiting with her children (4 of ‘em) and grandchild. Her “babies” live in France, LA, Brooklyn, and the last one is in college. On Sarah’s bucket list is a trip to Paisley Park in Chanhassen— she’s hoping her sista’s in Minnesota will help in obtaining that goal.
